You only pay if they show up.
We book first consults with separated people in your state who have property to divide. If they do not attend, you do not pay. That is the whole arrangement.
What pay per show means
They attend
You meet a screened person at a time you kept open. You pay for the show.
They do not attend
We replace it with another screened person. No charge.
They cancel
We replace it with another screened person. No charge.
You pay for real, live consults with people who meet every criterion. If they do not show, we replace them.

How we get them to your calendar
Five steps, and that is the whole system.
- Step 1
We run the ads
Meta ads under our own consumer brand, aimed at separated people in your state who still have property to divide. Nothing mentions your firm, and nothing is bought from a lead broker.
Example ad we run - Step 2
They answer the screening questions
State, married or de facto, whether property is divided, dates for the time limit, Legal Aid, lawyer engaged, property pool, business or trust. Anyone outside the criteria is pointed to public resources instead.
The screening questions - Step 3
Their snapshot and seven short videos
A written snapshot of their own situation, and seven plain-English videos: what a property settlement is, the time limit that applies to them, what happens at a first consultation, what to bring, whether they will have to go to court, how lawyers charge, and why we ask for the other party's name. General information only, never advice. By the time they meet you they know why they are there and what to bring.
The education videos - Step 4
Our team calls them
On a recorded call one of our team confirms every criterion, takes the other party's full name, finds consult times, and positions your firm as the right one for their situation. No legal questions are answered.
Example screening call - Step 5
You accept, they attend
You get the summary and the recording. Accept within 12 hours and the consult is booked into a slot you keep open, with reminders from us. They attend, and that is one show.
One show, one firmThe person already knows which firm they are meeting and why. You have the summary, the recording and the other party's name. You just have the conversation.
Work out your return
Move the sliders to match your firm.
For illustration only. The starting values are an example, not averages from our firms. This is not a promise of fees or clients. Results depend on your lawyers, your market and your offer.
Fees from new property matters, before our fee.
- Expected fee per consult
- $12,000 at 40%
- $4,800
- New matters per month
- 8 consults at 40%
- 3.2
- New fees per month
- $12,000 times 3.2 matters
- $38,400
One signed matter at these numbers earns you $12,000. On the call we put the cost of a show next to that.
